Q: What products do you offer？
Our company specializes in the customization of precision machining and production line fixtures for a diverse range of industrial sectors, including 3C electronics, semiconductors, new energy, automotive electronics, and other fields.
Q: How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
1.Goods are generally shipped by Express Delivery (UPS/DHL/FEDEX etc.).
2.We can also ship the goods by air freight or by sea.
It takes 4-6 working days by Express/Air Cargo. And about 28-35 days by sea.
Q: How do you control your product quality？
We take the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems into our production, and all the production is standardized. All products are traceable from material input to finished product delivery; inspection and testing are implemented during the whole production process, and a comprehensive test will be taken before delivery.
Q: What's your payment term？
1. Our payment terms typically include 100% TT (bank transfer) in advance, Western Union, and PayPal. T/T is more common. Based on the order situation, we can discuss it further.
2. For payments less than or equal to 1000 USD, 100% should be paid in advance. For those greater than or equal to 1000 USD, 30% T/T is required upfront, and the remaining balance is due before shipment.

Step 2: We will provide a solution and quotation based on your requirements.
Step 3: You will then confirm the prices, and once the samples have been approved, you will place your order.
Step 4: We will issue a formal pro forma invoice with the agreed payment terms. Please note that 30% of the total cost is payable by T/T deposit and the remaining 70% is payable before dispatch. We will also supervise the production process.
Step 5: The goods will be ready for dispatch once payment has been confirmed.
